Debit Card Activation Options.

Thank you for choosing Valley Savings Bank! To activate your card, please select from one of the options below. New card holders please have your debit card handy and call from your home phone or phone number on file at Valley.

ACTIVATE BY PHONE: Call 1-866-333-9337 and follow instructions via prompts to activate.

ACTIVATE BY ATM: Use either Valley Savings Bank ATM at 140 Portage Trail or 505 Graham Road in Cuyahoga Falls. Insert your debit card into ATM and enter your PIN # to activate.

ACTIVATE AT PURCHASE: During an in-store purchase, swipe card, select DEBIT, enter PIN # to activate.

HELP WITH ACTIVATION: Call 330-923-0454 and ask for operations.

Lost or Stolen Card?

If your debit card, ATM card, credit card or checks are ever lost or stolen, immediately call the appropriate numbers below to report the loss and then call Valley Savings Bank at 330-923-0454 to speak with a representative during business hours.
