At Valley Savings Bank, we have made it a point to pay your debit card transactions regardless of whether funds exist in your account.
Because of new federal regulations, we now require that all account holders give us permission to cover everyday debit card transactions in the event of an overdraft, even if we have done so in the past. If you don’t give us that consent by opting-in, we will be forced to decline your card when you do not have enough money in your account. The purpose of this website is to assist you with making an informed decision regarding these new requirements and to provide you with a means to notify us of your choice.

Lost or Stolen Card?
If your debit card, ATM card, credit card or checks are ever lost or stolen, immediately call the appropriate numbers below to report the loss and then call Valley Savings Bank at 330-923-0454 to speak with a representative during business hours.
